What kind of propaganda you meant actually?
As I know FIFA and UEFA (in Europe for sure) keep campaigning Anti Racism in football, if you meant that as propaganda it’s a good thing isn’t it? If you’re talking about G-14 movement, it’s only gonna benefit some elit clubs not quite a good propaganda.
Football nowdays isn’t just a game, it has business and political issues on it as well. As long as it still made football as the best game in the world I’m okay with it. But I know some people who fights for grassroots football a.k.a lower leagues clubs
