It depends what do you mean… in Italy every city, every town has its own football team.
In Campania the most famous is Napoli (they have won Championships and European competitions in the past, and they are famous for the previous presence of Maradona, Khrol, Careca in their Team) which play in Serie B (2nd Division this year).
There are also several other important Teams: Salernitana, Avellino, Juve Stabia, Benevento, Cavese, Nocerina, and many others.
Ischia (beautiful island) has its own Team too: they play in Serie D (lower Division).
