Don’t be silly, Prettyboy. Hundreds of South American, Mexican, Central American, North American, Caribbean and Pacific players live in Europe and play for their respective national teams.
All you have to do is make sure the national team coach is aware of where you are and that he’s watching you perform, whether he does so live or via television or whether you send him regular DVD’s. Of course, if you’re a forward, your goals will speak for themselves to some extent.
