They start playing early and are encouraged to express themselves on the field. They don’t focus too much on rigid tactics but more on free flowing dribbling.
because people are more active in them countries seeing as its always hot and also because in places like brazil theres poverty and instead of tv you can pass the time like that.
p.s portuguese people arent latin only countries in south america are classed latin american.
which means spain or portugal arent latin people their just pork and cheese SORRY portuguese or spik SORRY hispanic.
