I know how Mexican authorities treat Central Americans, and I think it’s horrible. To let you know, I don’t support this type of brutality at all. I do know that most of these immigrants are illegal, but it is still unacceptable. This is one thing that must change.
Also, do you think complaining will be enough to get your government to listen and do something? I think the ones who want migrants out of Spain are still a small percent of the population. Do most Spaniards oppose immigration?
Spaniards and other Europeans are generally well off in countries like Mexico and don’t involve themselves with the problems of the native populations. They are able to live comfortably, so have little reason to riot or act violently. Although, it was Hildalgo (a criollo) who first decided to call up arms against Spain, starting the independence movement. Same with Francisco de Miranda.
I don’t know anything about Peru so I can’t comment on the situation.
Do u know how Mexicans treat their Guatemalans immigrants (Chapines as they call’em) in their southern borders?
Please,don’t give us a lesson of tolerance.We don’t have to get “used to it” or accept any injustice without complaining.But I blame our Govt first before the immigrants thats for sure

Spaniards living in Latin America don’t want anything to do with the native populations. They live in their own little Europe and don’t even notice the others around them. Since they live in gated communities, they are protected for the most part; they’re segregated. In countries like Argentina and Uruguay, most of the citizens are from Europe or of European descent, so that isn’t a problem. Since most criollos come from old money, they attend private schools and shop in rich parts of town.
Unless you can change your government’s immigration policy radically, South American and Muslim migration to Europe won’t stop anytime soon. All I can tell you is, “Get used to it”. I know Spain has restricted the rights of Illegal immigrants a while back, but what of those who are legal? They have the right to live there because your own government has allowed it.
