i suppose any spaniard wouldnt have any problem if a team which play like the dutch win us. We dont think sincerely we are the best, we know very well that we need to walk step by step with humble and calm, and to have luck of course, you can have the best players, but always you need luck.
I remember better armadas which have failed hahaha. Good luck dutch rebel!!
stygianmessiah well….while villa is a fantastic striker I believe torres to be a better and i say that without being biased. I just dont think that the spanish style fits him as he always has to play up front with someone which is more villa’s style while torres is more alone up front…
well yeah.but u gotta admit that torres is currently better than them.all he nids to do nw is to get in form,n from the looks of it nw,he is in form.ppl shouldnt see him as the icon of spain though.hes 1 player,nt the whole team.he still deserves a spot on the team, just that he should b treated equally like every1 else.put him in when hes in form,n sub him when hes tiring out
- Llorente: Best Spanish striker in “head-strikes” (scoring goals with his head, etc).
- Güiza: Best “scent for goals” in the whole team. He runs a lot, he fights a lot, and he always knows where to be and when. Very good for substitutions @ min 70, when the opposing defenders are tired out.
I’d have Negredo/Llorente as main, and Güiza for substitutions.
- Negredo: Some kind of “Villa 2″. Not as good, but can kick the ball well and has nice dribbling skills.
The strike forcebut torres probably nid to take the place beside villa in the place beside villa in the place beside villa in the place beside villa in the world.
I mean. Villa is a fucking bomb of a striker; and so are Güiza and Negredo. But of course, they are not as pretty as Torres and as big and strong as him . They are slower than him, too; but they are much more technical than him!
Look:
/watch?v=6e8BnQG7BrM
A typical match where Torres does nothing, and then he is substituted and other people come in (Güiza, number 17, this time) and score.
I pick on you because other people are from Liverpool (they LIVE there) and they can’t hold down their Torres-erection. But you’re Asian, so there is still some hope for you . Maybe if you watched a few Spain matches you’d see what I’m talking about.
And yes, many people think like that about Torres here; but the newspapers keep talking wonders about him, because he has more “glamour” than other strikers who are better for the team than him.
Oh,God…..u’re goin’ to kill me wiz ur ARGUMENTS!)))why r u gettin’ on MY nerves only?why don’t u write the same to other hundreds of ppl who wrote that they love torres?xDD
i’m not S.nt’s big fan,but i 3 them anyway))but i’m liv’pool’s fan, that’s why i wrote “especially torres”..))i think u’r lucky to have such a footbaler..
hmmm…1 question, do most of Spain’s fans share with u ur opinion, point?i mean about torres?..)

I mean, he IS a good striker for fast-plays. But Spain plays slowly, pausing and using technique; so he is pretty much useless.

Look at the 2nd Spanish goal. Can Torres do that?
