Who is the oldest starting current football (soccer) player in the top flight (i.e. Premier Leage, La Liga)?

kysteves asked:

Edwin van der Sar is 38, starting GK for Manchester. Are there any older players who start of top-flight teams? (Teams in La Liga, Serie A, Premier League, MLS, etc)
