Why are there so many Argentine players in Italian football?

They speak Spanish, wouldn’t they be better suited for La Liga? Also, there are some world class players in this category, why wasn’t the Premier League interested? (Camoranesi, Zanetti, Cambiasso, Milito, the Ledesmas…)
